You can change and cancel your booking via your confirmation email.Our sessions are non-refundable if cancelled within 24 hours of your rental time.If you have any questions or need help rescheduling, please call or message us.

What are the drop-off and pick up times?

Drop-off and pick-up times are normally between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, but an exact time will be discussed and coordinated when your sauna is booked.

What is included with my rental?

2 bundles of firewood (additional bundles available for $10 each) + kindling.A bucket, ladle, and essential oils to create some high quality steam.Fire starter.

What do I need to supply?

You will want to have plenty of water, towels, bathing suits, a clean body, footwear (especially during the colder months). (and your full presence? Haut Hutt add? Maybe, maybe not adding).

Do I have room in my driveway?

We ask that the area you plan to have the sauna is accessible by truck, area size at least 20' long x 9’ wide, and a vertical clearance of at least 12’. We will be in contact after booking to create a plan for your sauna setup. Not sure if your space will work? Send us email with a few photos and your concerns.We can deliver our saunas to almost any legal location with solid level ground and decent roads along the route. We just need enough space to navigate our vehicle and park.

Do you provide training during the drop-off?

Yes, we will provide you will all of the information you need to start, safely use, and cool down the sauna. We want you to feel comfortable with the operation before the drop-off is complete. If you have any questions before, during, or after use please give us a call.

Is there a delivery fee?

Delivery is free within a 20 mile radius of Delafield. We charge $2.00/mile (one-way) beyond that. 50 miles max delivery.

How many people can fit in the sauna?

Our sauna's hot room can fit 6 people max, 4 comfortably. If you have a larger party, we recommend cycling groups through every 15-20 minutes.

How hot does the sauna get?

The temperature varies based on several factors, but is usually between 140 - 200F

How is the sauna cleaned?

After every booking the sauna is vacuumed and cleaned with baking soda and hot water.

Do I need an electrical hookup?

No, the sauna is wood fired and all of the lights are solar powered.

What is prohibited inside of the sauna?

For your safety, the following items are NOT allowed in the sauna:Smoking of any kind (including vapes, e-cigarettes, etc.), drugs, alcohol, glass bottles and drink ware, and glass-wear/ceramics jewelry (metals heat up and may burn your skin). Thank you

Can I put water on the rocks?

Yes! Adding water to the rocks produces steam and add humidity to your sauna session. Start slowly. Sometimes less is more.Always ask your sauna mates before adding water.

Can I move the sauna during the rental?

No, under no circumstances will the sauna be moved once we leave the property. If you have any concerns about the location please discuss during the drop off.

Safety Guidelines

Please seek medical advice for sauna and cold plunge (if entering a cold body of water) use with a professional before using the sauna. Listen to your body. Everybody is different, but saunas are typically enjoyed in rounds. The average session consists of 3 rounds with 7-20 minutes intervals in the hot room. The first round will be the most intense as your body adjusts to the high temperatures of the sauna. Come out for a break between rounds. Cool down in the changing room, outside weather, dip into the lake, have a cold shower, or drink water then re-enter for round two! Again, listen to your body and decide when enough is enough then leave the sauna and cool down.(Not medical/sauna advice: Please consult your doctor prior to use and for suggested hot-room intervals)

Are there any restrictions on who should or should not use a sauna?

Please consult your doctor before using the sauna and/or ice baths—especially if you have any pre-existing medical conditions. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times and require waiver sign-off from their parent/guardian before using the sauna. Infants and toddlers should not use the sauna, even with parental supervision.
